Gareth Collier

Principal, Cardiff Sixth Form College

After graduating from the University of Dundee, Gareth worked in management training before gaining a PGCE from the University of Leeds. After teaching in Yorkshire, Tanzania, Kenya, Scotland, and Shropshire, latterly as the Director of Sport, he became International Marketing & Summer School Director, before adding an Admissions role to become the International Registrar at Taunton School.

He joined Cardiff Sixth Form College as the Head of Pastoral & Business Development and held responsibility for the pastoral and welfare provision in the College as well as marketing, admissions and future growth both in the UK and internationally. Having previously held the position of ‘Acting Head’ at a British Curriculum school in Kenya, Gareth is now the Principal at Cardiff Sixth Form College.

Mr. Collier is a passionate exponent of international education and is proud to be associated with such a highly academic and top-performing institution as Cardiff Sixth Form College.
