Henrietta Lightwood

Henrietta started working for the BBC before transitioning to a career in sales and marketing for Pentel Pens and The Oxford Paper Company. For 16 years, she worked in public relations and marketing consultancy for big blue-chip corporates including Marks and Spencer, Allied Domecq, Somerfield, and Elf Oil, developing campaigns involving all elements of the marketing mix. In 2004, Henrietta joined Badminton School as their Director of Marketing and Admissions and since then has held similar positions for Queen's College Taunton, St George's Ascot, and Kingswood School before joining Dukes Education. Henrietta sat on the British Council Operating Board for three years and is currently on the Strategy Board for the Metropolis Group, the largest online provider of boarding school advice for parents worldwide.
