The single biggest factor we consider when deciding if a new organisation should join Dukes is whether or not the people are a good fit. For us, this means people who are educationalists through and through, people who share our values, and who come to school every day resolved to give their best for our students.
By ensuring this commonality threads through Dukes, connections can form between teams – Senior Leaders, Heads of Departments, SENDs, Pastoral Leads – so our staff are learning from and supported by each other, and able to give more to our students.
