Susie Byers has recently joined the team at Hampton Court House as the new head of the Prep School.
Prior to this, Susie was Head of Broomfield House School. Susie has experience in teaching and leadership across KS1 and KS2. She began teaching at Broomfield House School in 2006, joining the Senior Leadership Team in 2013 and becoming Deputy Head, Pastoral, in 2015. She was appointed Head in September 2019. Susie read for a BEd (Hons) in Education at The College of St Paul and St Mary, Cheltenham.
Susie is passionate about providing a bespoke education for all of the children in her care. To ensure that each child’s curriculum matches their requirements drives Susie’s quest to get the best from every child.
Susie has been married for 20 years with two children at independent schools. She enjoys walking her dogs and has a particular penchant for poodles!
