Jo Allen has extensive knowledge of early years education both within the EYFS curriculum but also in Montessori teaching and learning and has inspired thousands of children to continue their education journey with a lifelong love of learning.
Gaining her BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Studies in 2005, followed by a Postgraduate Psychology and MSc in Childhood Development from University College London in 2006 and 2008 respectively, Jo also achieved Early Years Professional Status from Kingston University in 2010.
Jo joined The Kindergartens Nursery Schools in 1998 as Early Years Teacher, progressing to Head and Principal upon the group joining Dukes Education. She is now part of the Group Education Team, Director of Education, EYFS, Schools and Nurseries.
