This summer, Dukes Medical Applications held its first Young Person’s Medical Conference; the only medical conference in the UK entirely aimed at prospective medical school applicants. The one-day event allowed prospective medical students to immerse themselves in medical workshops, seminars, and speak to medical Admissions Tutors. The conference proved to be invaluable for both students and their parents as it provided a unique opportunity to gain insight into the medical profession.
