She has an extensive knowledge of the 11+ process and is already well established in her connections with the senior schools Eaton House The Manor Girls’ School pupils progress on to.
“It is an honour to lead the school and shape young women of the future,” says Mrs Fildes. “I am honoured to lead the school community. For me, educating children is the best job in the world! Shaping children’s minds is something I see as a privilege. The happiness and success of the children really makes teaching one of the most rewarding roles imaginable.”
