Rachel has been entirely dedicated to Early Years Education and is passionate about delivering high quality education and care to children. Graduating in Early Years in 1992 marked the beginning of her professional journey, and over the years she has continued her professional development in Early Years Management, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Montessori training.
She had a fabulous experience teaching and caring for young children in Brussels, Tokyo, USA, and Paris. She has stayed connected with many of the children she taught in Tokyo who are now engaged in employment and have families themselves around the world!
In 1998, Rachel discovered Pippa Pop-ins, and shortly after she assumed the role of teaching Head, before playing a pivotal role in establishing the subsequent Pippa Pop-ins Nursery Schools and being part of the senior leadership team. Rachel became Principal of Pippa Pop-ins Nursery Schools in 2012. She takes great pride in the collective achievements for the families they have served in the past, present, and those yet to join us.
Rachel finds immense joy in connecting with families from diverse backgrounds worldwide and providing support to children with special educational needs is a cause close to her heart. To observe children, learn, have fun and ensuring we lay the foundations for their future fills her with a profound accomplishment.
