Ondřej Lepka is an experienced education leader with over twenty years of experience in the leadership and strategic development of schools and educational organisations. As Director of Schools for the Consilium School Network, part of Dukes Education, he oversees the long-term direction and development of a portfolio of schools across Early Years, Primary and Secondary education.
His work focuses on leadership development, effective school governance and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in an international context. Ondřej has extensive experience in leading organisational change, supporting schools through periods of transition, and navigating complex situations with clarity, structure and a strong people-centred approach.
He has led the implementation of strategic initiatives in leadership development, wellbeing and innovation, including the purposeful integration of artificial intelligence to support teaching, learning and school improvement. He is actively involved in establishing quality assurance frameworks, preparing schools for international accreditation and review processes, and strengthening collaboration across schools within the Dukes Education.
Ondřej holds a Master’s degree in Education and Psychology from Charles University in Prague and an MBA focused on leadership and coaching. He is a certified practitioner of Hogan Assessments and Sociomapping, and a member of international accreditation teams with the Middle States Association.
