Bec Clements brings 28 years of experience across Early Years, Primary and Secondary education in both Australian and international contexts.
She has recently concluded her role as Principal of Immanuel Primary School, where she led a values-driven, contemporary learning community with a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing, learner agency and service learning. Bec also brings eight years of senior leadership experience in Hong Kong, offering a deep understanding of international education and system leadership across diverse cultural settings.
Bec holds an International Executive Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Change and is currently completing her MBA, combining educational leadership expertise with strategic, organisational and performance capability.
Her professional passions include instructional coaching, leadership and teacher capacity building, human-centred design, inclusion and service learning. Alongside her school leadership, Bec has supported schools across Asia as an IB Lead Educator, Workshop Leader, School Visitor, Consultant and Curriculum Developer.
