Before his tenure in Switzerland, Grant Ferguson served in significant leadership roles, at an international school in Dubai, where his strategic initiatives led to marked improvements in standardized test scores, showcasing his capability to drive academic excellence through innovative curriculum design and teaching methodologies. His career in the UK was similarly impactful, holding leadership positions where he implemented a virtual learning environment and spearheaded renovations to enhance learning spaces.
