Mary Jane Miller is CEO of Dukes Education North America, leading Dukes Education’s expansion across the region. She joined Dukes in August 2026, bringing more than two decades of senior leadership experience across K-12, international higher education, and professional education.
Most recently, MJ served as Regional Managing Director for US West at International Schools Partnership (ISP), leading a team of school and central-services leaders across the region. She joined ISP in 2023 when it acquired the five-campus Fairmont Private Schools in Orange County, California. At Fairmont she served as Chief Operating Officer and, later, Chief Strategy & Operating Officer, leading the schools through the pandemic and their subsequent acquisition and integration into ISP.
Earlier in her career, MJ held senior executive, legal and operating roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, at a variety of global organizations, including Kaplan, the Meritas Family of International Schools, and INTO University Partnerships. She also was a Co-Founder of Cygnini, a higher education advisory firm. Prior to her education-related roles, MJ worked in entertainment and consumer products, and she began her career as an insolvency attorney, primarily representing large corporate debtors and court-appointed trustees.
MJ earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in English from Washington & Jefferson College. She also holds a Certificate from the Executive Management Institute at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
