Sarah Paine joins Dukes Education later this summer, bringing extensive leadership experience from across the Early Years and Education sector, where she has built a strong reputation for driving quality, supporting educational excellence and improving outcomes for children and families, most recently at The Learning Experience and previously, Bright Horizons.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked across corporate, client and franchise environments, leading large and diverse teams and supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation, mergers and acquisitions. Her leadership has consistently focused on creating high-quality educational environments where children can thrive, while maintaining strong standards of safeguarding, compliance and operational excellence.
At Dukes Education, Sarah will work closely with nursery leaders and teams across the seven nursery school brands, supporting them as they provide high-quality education in safe and stimulating environments, while ensuring that children remain at the heart of every decision.
