Sara Williams-Ryan was most recently Head of Heathside School Hampstead and prior to that, Head of Falcons School in Putney. Sara is originally from Spain but completed her schooling and first degree in Switzerland. After university, she moved to the UK and began teaching in the state sector before moving to the independent sector at Ibstock Place School as Head of Modern Foreign Languages. Sara completed her PGCE and MA in Education prior to joining Emanuel School where she held senior roles including taking responsibility for pastoral care, as well as languages.
As a Head with many years’ experience, Sara Williams-Ryan brings strong leadership qualities and a thorough understanding of the demands of the role of Head. In addition, Sara is an experienced School Governor within both the state and independent sectors.
