Caitlin is the Managing Director overseeing all sales and marketing activity for InvestIN’s summer work experience programmes and in-school careers product.
Caitlin is InvestIN’s longest standing employee, joining as employee number three in 2019 when the company was in its infancy. Since then, she has worn many different hats in business operations, marketing, sales partnerships and delivery, as the business grew to become the go-to global provider of immersive career experiences.
Prior to InvestIN, Caitlin graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA in French & Italian Studies, and worked in domestic and international student admissions in Manchester and Pisa, Italy. She subsequently worked for the National Citizen Service’s largest youth programme, ‘The Challenge’, cementing a passion for facilitating meaningful, educational experiences for young people.
