Sinead joined Devonshire House School in September 2026. She was previously Head of School at St Michael’s Church of England Primary School in Highgate and has spent over 20 years working in North London primary schools. Sinead spent ten years as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), a role that deepened her commitment to ensuring every child feels supported, valued, and able to achieve their very best.
Sinead holds a degree from Sheffield Hallam University in History of Art and a PGCE. She also holds the National Award for SEN Coordination and NPQH.
Sinead cares deeply about providing high-quality teaching and creating a school environment where children feel happy, confident, and inspired to learn. She believes that when pupils feel known and encouraged, they flourish, not just academically, but as individuals.
