Andrew Prosser joined United Lisbon International School (ULIS) as Executive Principal in August 2026 bringing more than twenty-five years of international education leadership experience to one of Portugal’s leading international schools.
Andrew joined ULIS from The British School of Vilnius, where he served as Founding Headmaster. During his career, Andrew has held leadership roles across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East, serving as a teacher, senior leader, principal and founding head.
Most recently, he led the successful establishment and growth of The British School of Vilnius, achieving both British Schools Overseas (BSO) and COBIS accreditation within its first five years. He also serves on the Board of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), contributing to the advancement of British international education globally.
Andrew’s extensive experience in school leadership, community building and educational development will support ULIS as it continues to strengthen its position as a leading international school and deliver exceptional opportunities for students and families.
