Carolina has extensive experience as a Head Teacher in both UK and international schools in Spain. After obtaining her PGCE, she joined the pioneering stages of the Spanish Ministry of Education’s Bilingual Curriculum project and later worked at the British Council School in Madrid, further strengthening her expertise in bilingual education.
She has successfully set up and led a UK bilingual primary free school, overseeing all aspects from inception to full operation. Her professional journey also includes writing bids, establishing new schools, and transitioning schools from the Spanish to the British curriculum.
Driven by her upbringing in a bilingual household and global mobility during her formative years, Carolina is passionate about bilingual schooling. She has served as an education governor for a UK secondary school within the Aldridge Foundation and brings business acumen from previous ventures in retail and the hospitality industry, where she successfully launched new initiatives.
