Kirsten Bond is a much-loved educator who brings over two decades of experience within the Eaton House Group of Schools. Originally from South Africa, she joined the school in 2002 after moving to the UK and has since held several key leadership roles, including Deputy Headmistress of the Girls’ School since 2017.
Throughout her career, Mrs Bond has championed a balance of academic ambition and individual care. She is known for her ability to create nurturing, high-achieving environments where children feel supported, confident, and eager to learn. Her deep understanding of the school community, its values and ethos, is shaped in part by her own children attending Eaton House. This certainly adds to the warmth and authenticity of her leadership.
From Appointed Head of the Pre-Prep from September 2025, Mrs Bond looks forward to building on the school’s outstanding foundations. Passionate about creating a supportive environment, she is dedicated to helping every boy develop a lifelong love of learning as they take their first steps in their educational journey and prepare for a successful transition to the Prep School.
