Marcelle joined Dukes Education in January 2025 bringing over 17 years’ experience in senior HR roles. Marcelle has board level responsibility for HR across Dukes in the UK & Ireland and Switzerland. Her career in HR has spanned multiple sectors including recruitment, training, pharma, life sciences, medical and not for profit, and has latterly worked at Director level in a multi-academy trust. She has a passion for education and is chair of trustees at her local secondary school.
