Sasha Davies joins Radnor House Prep as Head in September 2025 bringing with her a wealth of experience, having successfully completed one Deputy Headship and two Headships in the South-West London area, including her most recent Headteacher position at Kew Green Preparatory School. In both Headships, she successfully guided the schools through ISI inspections, achieving positive outcomes that reflect their strengths and commitment to excellence.
Sasha set up and opened Kew Green Nursery in September 2022 as part of the Gardener Schools Group, linked to Kew Green Preparatory School. The nursery was judged Outstanding at its Ofsted inspection in February 2025.
She has an in-depth knowledge of the South-West London community and educational landscape, with excellent Nursery, Prep and Senior school relationships and a proven track record of success in guiding pupils through the 11+ process.
Sasha holds a degree in History from the University of Birmingham and has a love for sport, adventure and reading. She is a passionate advocate for a true Prep school education, committed to combining academic excellence with a rich and diverse co-curricular and extra-curricular offering.
