Lizzie McCarthy, Head Educator, Grosvenor House

Lizzie has been working in childcare for 25 years, having gained a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years and Education, in addition to an NVQ Level 4. Lizzie began working at Grosvenor House in 2016 and is now Head Educator following her promotion from Deputy Head.
