Teresa joined the United Lisbon International School in 2020 to integrate the school’s Founding Leadership Team.
Passionate about education, Teresa commits her professional expertise, to serving ULIS’s community, by leading areas such as finance, admissions, marketing, human resources, and school facilities.
Before joining ULIS, Teresa served as School Manager and Business Developer for Knightsbridge Schools International, in Algarve.
Prior to working in education, Teresa worked briefly in Hospitality, following a successful executive career in the Ceramics industry, as Managing Director for the Etex Group in Portugal, board member of CTCV – Ceramics and Glass Technological Centre, and member of the Strategic Committee of APICER – Portuguese Ceramics Industry Association. Teresa Monteiro holds a Management Degree from the International University of Lisbon, an MBA with specialization in marketing from the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, in Switzerland.
